Maplewood declared Start With Hello Week for the community during the first week in September every fall.

A community building project is under construction. “Our Neighbors, Ourselves” with nearby neighboring township, Irvington. Middle schoolers in SOMA will partner with Irvington elementary school students.

Students performed a Facebook live performance for a fundraising drive for the Valerie Fund. At Studio 509’s Backyard Kids Camp,students learned what Cancer is and why we need to fundraise for a good cause.
